Product fit and removal
Use actual products where possible. Check whether the insert holds them securely and whether the user can remove each item comfortably.
Appearance and finishing
Review color with an agreed physical reference and suitable lighting. Check registration, corners, wrapping, foil and surface consistency.
Opening, closing and assembly
Open and close the sample repeatedly. Check magnets, ribbons, drawer travel, hinges and the practical assembly sequence.
Write down the approval
Record the approved version and any changes. Align dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, packing and inspection expectations before production.
